In order to comply with the most recent guidelines from the CDC, we are postponing the conference originally planned for May 8th.
We will reschedule for the fall!!

CONFERENCE FAQS/POLICY:

• Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) and Community Events: We are currently monitoring the CDC and Massachusetts Dept of Health websites on the recommendations for public gatherings. For more information:

• Special Note on Multiple Registrations: Please select Quantity = 1 and submit individual registration one at a time to shopping cart - this will allow each individual's required contact information to be entered (Name, Phone, Email, etc). Once all registrations have been added go to Shopping Cart to Process

• Shopping Carts: On computers and tablets the shopping cart should display upper right of screen/mobile phone cart will display at bottom of screen

• Purchase Orders: Agencies may request use of purchase order for payment of conference registration for their staff. Please download one of the following forms, complete and attach to an email to porequest@berkshirecoalition.org (Include Subject: 2020 Purchase Order Request). Once request is received and if approved we will register and invoice the agency.

  • PO Request Form (Fill using Adobe Acrobat and email)

  • PO Request Form (Print, complete, and mail/email)

• Checks & Money Orders with Mail-In Registration: Once your completed form and check/money order is received by mail you will be registered for the conference and will receive an email/receipt confirming registration

  • Make check or money order payable to: BCSP

  • Download/complete one of the following documents and include with payment:
    2020 Mail-In Payment Registration Form (Handwritten Entry)
    2020 Mail-In Payment Registration Fillable Form (Use Adobe Reader to complete)

• Scholarships: Limited scholarships are available for Conference attendance with no CE Credit. Call (413) 931-5284 or email conference@berkshirecoalition.org for more information.

• Continuing Education Hours: Certificates will be distributed at Conference to participants completing all attendance requirements - (Attendance for entire conference with completed sign-in/sign-out AND completed conference evaluation). You are required at registration to identify if Continuing Education Credits are requested. No partial credits will be awarded and multiple discipline CEUs will not be allowed.

• Certificate of Attendance: For those participants who are not registered for CE’s a conference certificate of attendance will be distributed at the end of the event upon completion of required attendance (Certificate must be picked up by the attendee and you must attend entire conference to receive).

• Conference/Session Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel a program due to low registration, speaker illness, cancellation or other uncontrollable circumstances. Notice of cancellation will be provided to registrants by email as soon as we become aware of the need to cancel. We will also post cancellation information on BCSP’s website at: www.BerkshireCoalition.org

• Attendee Emails: All participant emails will be added to the BCSP email newsletter list to be kept informed of suicide prevention efforts, and future training and conferences unless you request to unsubscribe.

CONFERENCE ACCOMMODATIONS:

• Special Accommodations (for special meal accommodations/food allergies see "Meal Accommodations" below): If you are hearing impaired, or are differently-abled and require special accommodations contact BCSP by Email: Requests@BerkshireCoalition.org .

  Please notify immediately after registration for special requests.

• Meal Accommodations: BCSP will have a selection of Gluten-Free, Vegetarian and Vegan alternatives for our attendees for both the breakfast and lunch buffets so special registration for meals is NOT required. For those with food allergies we can not guarantee that food providers at location have processes in place to remove all chance of cross-contamination during food-prep and serving. If you are concerned you are welcome to bring in breakfast/lunch items to be assured your full needs are met.
